About the Job:

Feldkamps Towing in Urbana, IL is looking for a Full-time Dispatcher this would be a 2nd shift position and every other weekend. Hours are 4pm- 11pm and 2 overnights 11pm-7am

Duties:

Answer phones.
Dispatch Drivers.
Complete all steps to releasing a vehicle.
Data Entry.

Qualifications:

Ability to type while taking information and asking questions.
Ability to focus and multi-task with multiple phone lines ringing and customers coming in.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Follow detailed instructions.
Knowledge of vehicles.
Experience preferred but will train the right person.

Hourly wage depends on experience.
